Prior to selecting the class, please check your email to verify which group your child should be enrolled in. If you did not receive an email, please contact your Program Director before proceeding.  Once you have selected the correct class, you will be required to agree to several items. There are 5 forms that will need to be completed.  Please download and complete.  Email them to your Pogram Head Coach.
