REFUND POLICIES

Gymnastics Ontario Membership - Please note all GO memberships are non-refundable.  

Recreational & Preschool Classes - We are very confident in the quality of our programs, however, if after the 1st class, you are not satisfied we will refund your program fee, guaranteed.(Pro Rated).  You must inform us by phone within 24 hours of your 1st class.  613-224-6524.  To receive a full class fee refund, we require notice of a minimum of 48 hours before the start of your first class.

Camps - Refunds may be granted if request is received 14 days prior to the first day of camp.  No refunds will be granted if less than 14 days notice is given.

WAITLIST POLICY  (Updated April 2024)

Our system is now set up to automatically email the 1st person on the waitlist if a spot becomes available. You will have 48 hours to accept the spot. After 48 hours if you have rejected the spot or if you have not taken action you will automatically be removed from the waitlist. If a spot becomes available and you are looking to transfer from a class you are already enrolled in please call our office, 613-224-6524, or email us at corona@coronagym.ca to complete the transfer.
