Girls and Boys are introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics with an emphasis on physical development for gymnastics and other sports. Our incentive program helps encourage and prepare young gymnasts for the novice program. Classes are 1.5 hours in length.

NEW! For female gymnasts, 12 and older,  who have completed a minimum of Bronze CanGym.This fun new program is individually directed and coach instructed. Gymnasts will be able to set goals and choose the skills they wish to learn on each event.  There is no badge testing in this program. Classes are two hours in length.
