*You may only add extra children if ALL participants are above the age of 5 years old. Amount of children must include the birthday child.
Full payment due at time of gymnastics party booking. Prices include HST.
Any changes to the gymnastics party (number of children) must be confirmed by Monday prior to your party.

Birthday Party Guest List
Enter your child’s name and the date of the gymnastics party before printing. All party guests must have an emergency contact phone number.
This list must be submitted to the coach at the start of your birthday party. Please ensure that you have filled out this form and bring it with you to your party.
Policies
- Please arrive not more than 15 minutes prior to your gymnastics party.
- If you have a party at 2:00pm or 3:30pm you will be able to access the party room 15 minutes prior to the start of the party room portion to set up. (i.e. for parties from 2:00-4:00, you will be able to access the room at 2:45pm.
- No parents in the gym unless accompanying a child under the age of 3 years.
- Children under 3 years must have direct parental supervision.
- We kindly ask that you stick to the 2 hour time limit.
- No decorations or party supplies will be provided
- No alcohol is premitted in the facility
